EURAXESS UK Webinar: Setting up Research Visits via ERC International Arrangement Funding

generic_webinar_card_002

Webinar Introduction

ERC International Arrangement funding supports ERC grantees to host international researchers in their research groups. The ERC has signed cooperation agreements with many research funders throughout the world facilitating international exchange of researchers. Every year ERC Grantees are invited to submit an Expression of Interest to the ERC Executive Agency. Subsequently, international researchers receive information from their national research funder and can make contact with the ERC Grantees based on shared research interests.

The webinar on this topic took place on Tuesday 5 July with around 30 participants. If you would like to see what we covered we have included the presentations and a webinar recording here. This webinar explained the cooperation between the ERC and the National Science Fundation (USA). It also described practical support and information available from UKRO and EURAXESS North America that supported this form of international research cooperation.

  • Introduction by EURAXESS UK
  • Background to ERC International Arrangements and procedure for expressing interest; Davide Innocenti, ERC Executive Agency
